R&R is opening a Marketplace in Fall 2023. The completed project will co-locate equitable access to economic resources and services together and be the conduit for investment in the people of this community, serving over 6000 individuals per year and creating 2000 jobs after five years of opening. Our vibrant R&R Marketplace, powered by R&R nonprofit, will provide equitable access to opportunities for individuals, families, and businesses in our region through an Early Childhood Education Center, Workforce Training Center, Innovation Center (co-working facility), Bank, Health Center and Multiplex.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

  • 90,000 square feet of community-centered economic and social resources and opportunity
  • Includes early childhood center, workforce development center, innovation center, health center, bank, church, multiplex facility and more
  • Within twelve months 100+ jobs will have been created in the marketplace, within five years 2000+ jobs will be created through the marketplace
  • Beyond the construction phase, the R&R Marketplace will drive positive economic impact and job creation
